斜视度的客观测量方法

摘要: 斜视度检查在斜视的诊断和治疗中具有重要意义。目前临床上主要以三棱镜加遮盖试验(prism-cover test,PCT)的结果为“金标准”,但其主要依靠检查者的经验和主观判断。为提升检查结果的可重复性以及检查过程的客观性,同时降低检查的难度和减少检查所耗费的时间,研究者们开发了一些客观测量斜视度的方法,如虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)、红外摄像机、眼球追踪仪等,通过模拟传统的检查方法来进行斜视度的客观测量。(国际眼科纵览,2022, 46:76-79)

Abstract: Strabismus measurement is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of strabismus. Among a series of examinations, the measurement of deviation is particularly important. Currently, the results assessed by the prism-cover test (PCT) are mainly used as the "gold standard" in clinical practice. However, it relies strongly on the experience and subjective judgment of the examiner. Therefore, to improve the repeatability and objectivity of the evaluation procedures, and reduce the difficulty and time of the examination, attempts were made to develop objective automated strabismus measurement devices.They base on virtual reality (VR), infrared camera, or eye tracker, to perform the objective measurement of strabismus by simulating the traditional inspection methods or using some other novel methods.
